Lead Preschool Teacher

KinderCare seeks Lead Teachers at Jones Road KinderCare to guide young children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing classroom. Lead Teachers design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate curriculum, foster social-emotional growth, and ensure health and safety standards. They assess developmental progress, document learning, and build strong partnerships with families through regular communication. In KinderCare’s inclusive, collaborative culture, Lead Teachers mentor support staff, contribute to center-wide initiatives, and grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on children’s lives. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Lead the classroom environment to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior. Observe and assess children’s developmental progress and document learning. Communicate regularly with families about children’s growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and high-quality care. Maintain classroom records, compliance with licensing, and health and safety standards. Mentor and guide assistant teachers and support staff in the classroom.
