Truck-Lite seeks an experienced HR leader to advance our CLEAR Principles at the McElhattan plant in Pennsylvania. You will partner with plant leadership to build a compliant, engaged workforce and oversee talent management, payroll, and investigations. Responsibilities include implementing people metrics, leading investigations, recruiting top talent, and ensuring legal compliance across federal/state/local labor laws. A BA in HR and HR certification are preferred.
