Key Responsibilities for the Controller: Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members. Oversee job costing, WIP reporting, project accounting, and construction accounting functions. Manage financial reporting, general ledger activities, reconciliations, and fixed assets. Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration. Provide operational insight and financial support to executive leadership. Oversee payroll processes, labor allocations, and system integrations. Qualifications for the Controller: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred. Controller-level accounting experience. Experience with job costing, WIP reporting, and construction accounting. Prior leadership and people management experience.
