Entry-Level Forklift Operator

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring an Entry Level Forklift Operator to support store and e‑commerce distribution in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets of apparel and accessories, replenish pick locations, and stage outbound shipments. You will perform basic equipment inspections, follow safety and inventory procedures, and use scanners to track product movement. Working with a collaborative warehouse team, you’ll help maintain accurate stock levels and a clean, organized distribution area while growing your skills in logistics and retail operations. Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets of merchandise Replenish pick locations and stage outbound shipments Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Follow warehouse safety, OSHA, and company compliance procedures Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and locations Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory accuracy checks Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Work collaboratively with warehouse and distribution team members Forklift operation (sit-down and/or stand-up) Warehouse safety and OSHA awareness RF scanner operation Basic inventory control Pallet stacking and wrapping Loading and unloading trucks Basic equipment inspection Warehouse housekeeping and organization Attention to detail and accuracy Time management in fast-paced environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain) Familiarity with OSHA warehouse safety standards Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
