Responsibilities:
- Coordination of buses for daily operations
- Use radio and online chats to maintain constant communication
- Coordinate with and support colleagues, bus operators, supervisors, and managers to execute the day-to-day operations
- Be responsible for company equipment
- Promote a culture of positivity
- Monitor the safety of employees and guests
- Conduct and submit various reports as assigned
Requirements:
- The ability to read maps and understand NYC traffic patterns
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and attentive to detail but also able to multitask
- The ability to make informed decisions and remain calm in stressful situations
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work early AM shifts or late PM shifts as needed
- The ability to work with Google office applications, e.g., docs, sheets, email, chat
- Knowledge of Manhattan and the New York Metropolitan area is a big plus.
