Senior UI Systems Designer Remote Design Systems & Tokens

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You'll extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system: tokens, variables, modes, and core components a build pipeline can execute without questions. This is a senior, systems-first seat. You'll ship token architectures and component libraries that hold up across entire sites, ensuring consistency across multiple client brands.
