Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy search architectures for large-scale content collections
Build and optimize ingestion pipelines for document retrieval
Develop ranking systems using both traditional and modern techniques to improve retrieval qualityRequired Qualifications: PhD in Computer Science, Information Retrieval, AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or a related field preferred
8+ years of experience in building production search and retrieval systems
Publications in recognized venues such as SIGIR, ACL, or NeurIPS
Strong Python skills with experience in PyTorch and distributed model development
Expertise in search engine architecture and ranking systems
