Key Responsibilities:
Define and align research strategies with the AI/ML roadmap across multiple product features
Lead initiatives from early experimentation to production-ready AI capabilities
Establish best practices and technical standards to enhance quality across LabsRequired QualificationsPhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field with equivalent industry experience
7+ years of hands-on experience in building production IR, NLP, ML, or GenAI systems
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI capabilities
Deep expertise in RAG architectures and evaluation methodologies
Publications at top-tier venues in AI-related fields
