You'll lead your jobs from preconstruction through closeout with a team that values clear communication and doing the work right.
What You'll Do:
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, buyout, subcontracts, and change orders
- Work side by side with superintendents to keep projects safe, on schedule, and on budget
- Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Run owner and subcontractor meetings and keep project documentation organized
- Track costs, forecast accurately, and raise risks early
- What You Bring 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
- A track record delivering ground-up or interior commercial projects
- Strong command of budgets, scheduling, and contract administration
- Comfort with Procore, MS Project or P6, and Microsoft OfficeClear, steady communication with owners, design teams, and field staff
- A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus
