Outpatient Family Medicine Physician — Sign-On Bonus

Memorial Health is seeking a physician to diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases in an outpatient setting. You will perform exams, review histories, order tests, and prescribe therapies while maintaining patient records. The position offers a guaranteed base rate of $292,953 per year (adjusted to FTE allocation) with potential additional earnings through production and quality incentives. Illinois license, board certification or eligibility, and 2+ years' experience are preferred.
