Key Responsibilities For The Manager Of Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-KHelp manage quarterly and annual external financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements Coordinate with external auditors, legal counsel, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the reporting process Research and document technical accounting matters and disclosure requirements Enhance financial reporting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiencies Qualifications For The Manager Of Financial Reporting: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA required; public accounting experience strongly preferred 5+ years of SEC reporting, financial reporting, or technical accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
