PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONLeads the development of all SEC quarterly and annual financial reports. Ensures effective disclosure controls and effective internal controls over financial reporting. Ensures the complete, accurate and timely submission of all external financial reporting information to the SEC. Interprets FASB/GAAP and SEC guidance to determine their impact on financial reporting matters. Manages a team of capable, high-performing accounting professionals.
