Billing and Collections Director

Key responsibilities: Oversee billing and follow-up activities for insurance and self-pay accounts receivable Drive operational excellence and achieve Professional Billing A/R goals while optimizing financial performance Partner with clinics and operational leaders to improve revenue cycle workflows and ensure regulatory compliance

Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Public Administration, or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in accounts receivable management 8 years of leadership experience 5 years of experience in medical revenue cycle management 3 years of significant executive-level relationship management experience
