Chief Operating Officer — Growth & EBITDA Leader

Prosigliere, Inc. is seeking a COO who will drive EBITDA growth, own new market verticals, and work closely with the CEO and CTO. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage client relationships, deliver strategic operating improvements, and scale internal processes. You will oversee onboarding, engagement visibility, and EBITDA targets while developing directors and managers. Frequent travel to clients is expected, and you will stay billable on select engagements as a senior advisor.
