Business Unit Manager

Role & Responsibilities: Own the P&L for a product line, driving bookings, sales, and EBITDA goals Lead a cross-functional team of sales, operations, and engineering through influence Grow new business through value-based pricing, contract review, and negotiation Serve as the key customer contact, resolving production and quality issues Build the annual business plan and present quarterly reviews to executives Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university (required) 5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in aerospace; strong business acumen, financial and numerical reasoning Ability to travel 30-35% and be an ITAR-eligible U.S. Person; background and drug screen required Bonus Qualifications Engineering or technical degree, or MBA Experience leading direct reports or cross-functional teams Why Averro?
