NearU is seeking a Plumbing Sales/Commercial Estimator to be the face of the field team, generating new business and turning opportunities into signed work through accurate estimates and consultative selling. You will evaluate jobs on-site, prepare detailed proposals, present options, and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and commercial accounts.
