Join Leaf Home as an Outside Sales Representative in Saginaw. LeafFilter is North America’s largest direct‑to‑consumer gutter protection company, offering high commissions and a supportive sales environment.
What You’ll Do:
Travel to pre‑qualified homeowner appointments within a 2‑hour radius daily.
Perform product demonstrations and present custom quotes during in‑home consultations.
Follow a value‑based selling process, embodying honesty and integrity.
Attend sales trainings and regular team meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours per day.
Ability to lift and carry 20–60 lbs of sample materials.
Experience navigating iPad applications.
Previous outside sales experience is not required.
Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
Strong desire and ability to close sales.
Compensation:
Uncapped, full‑commission structure; current consultants earn $80,000–$220,000+.Performance‑based bonus opportunities. ICBA Contractor insurance.
Schedule: Flexibility on a weekly basis. Evening and weekend availability required.
