SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Duties: You will perform and oversee advanced financial management analysis supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution, and strategic financial operations for organizational programs and activities. You will develop and refine highly complex budget estimates and financial plans to ensure compliance with guidance from the Department of War (DoW) and Department of the Navy (DON) and provides guidance and oversight of these activities. You will ensure a comprehensive audit trail is maintained for all budgetary transactions and decisions, providing transparency and accountability for financial operations. You will conduct and direct complex financial and program analyses to evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and alternative methods for managing organizational programs and administrative operations. You will identify and implement innovative financial solutions to enhance organizational performance. You will review financial reports and accounting data to identify systemic control deficiencies and determine the appropriate corrective actions required. You will provide technical and administrative guidance, oversight, and instruction necessary to support individual and team to successfully complete assigned duties.
