FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Job Duties: You will perform comprehensive financial management analysis supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution, and financial operations for organizational programs and activities. You will review and process funding and financial documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper Lines of Accounting, availability of funds, and compliance with fiscal law, regulations and policy. You will use automated financial management or accounting systems to validate, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions, commitments, obligations, payments, or suspended items. You will analyze budget execution and accounting data to identify issues, assess impacts, and recommend corrective actions or courses of action. You will coordinate with headquarters personnel, subordinate command, and senior financial management officials to obtain, explain and resolve financial information and execution requirements.
