Defense Growth BD Leader (Remote, 50% Travel)

Brad Foote Gear Works, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new business in high-precision machining, gearing, and gearbox solutions for the defense sector. You will identify, qualify, and win profitable growth opportunities within the U.S. defense base, coordinating with engineering, estimating, quality, operations and supply chain to deliver compliant proposals. This role is remote from a home office with up to 50% travel, including 10–15% at the Cicero, IL plant.
