Litigation Attorney for Growing Law Firm!

Responsibilities: Handle personal injury cases through all phases of civil litigation, from initial evaluation to settlement or trial preparation. Prepare, review, and file legal motions, pleadings, and supporting documents with accuracy and attention to deadlines. Develop persuasive briefs and other written advocacy materials that clearly present legal arguments and case positions. Lead discovery efforts by drafting written discovery, evaluating responses, and coordinating document production. Conduct legal research and apply relevant statutes, case law, and procedural rules to support litigation strategy. Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders to advance cases efficiently and professionally. Represent clients in hearings, conferences, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings as needed.
