Conduct client intake interviews and maintain ongoing communication throughout the case lifecycle Review medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documentation Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and experts Draft and submit settlement demands and supporting documentation Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters under supervision of senior attorneys Track treatment progress and damages to support case valuation Maintain accurate case records and meet all internal deadlines Collaborate with litigation attorneys to transition cases when litigation is required Participate in team meetings and case strategy discussions

3-5 years of experience in personal injury law preferred Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment Client-centered approach with professionalism and empathy Proficiency in legal software and case management tools (e.g., SmartAdvocate preferred) Litigation experience a plus, but not required
