Mid-Level Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney

Overview: The firm's nationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group operates within one of the largest and most experienced Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental practices in the country, known for its extensive diversity and depth of experience. The role focuses on supporting complex, high-value real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate transactional documents; conducting and reviewing title due diligence (including negotiation and clearance of title issues); managing transaction closings; and collaborating on structured acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters. Key requirements include proficiency in drafting, negotiation, and document review, with a keen attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent matters.
