Part-Time Business Faculty

Key responsibilities: Analyze student activity and respond to discussions and assessments based on input from the lead instructor Assist in managing student communications and escalate unique issues to the lead instructor Provide tutoring and develop supplemental support materials as directed by the lead instructor

Required qualifications: Master's degree in business, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline with specific graduate coursework Previous teaching experience, particularly in an online environment At least 5 years of professional experience in a Human Resource-related role or 3 years in Human Resource Management Professional certification in the discipline specialty may be required based on course credentialing Experience working with diverse learning styles and using technology to facilitate learning
