Licensed Vocational Nurse

The Legacy Senior Communities in Dallas, TX is seeking a registered nurse responsible for implementing and evaluating nursing care prescribed for residents. The role requires adherence to the nurse practice act, state and federal regulations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will perform admissions and ongoing assessments, maintain care plans, document medications, supervise nursing staff, and protect residents' privacy and Advance Directives while supporting nutritional needs.
