Senior Manager, Reliability Acceleration, Supply Chain

Job Summary: Responsible for accelerating network-wide maintenance and automation reliability performance through the development, implementation, and sustained adoption of strategic programs, operational capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leads the identification of performance opportunities, establishment of operational baselines, development of standardized reliability practices, and execution of transformational initiatives designed to improve asset performance, operational throughput, cost productivity, and total cost of ownership. Partners closely with regional maintenance leadership, Supply Chain Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are practical, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Maintains accountability throughout the full change management lifecycle, from program development and implementation through successful operational adoption and transition to regional execution teams. Provides leadership to dedicated program resources, establishes measurable performance objectives, evaluates program effectiveness, and continuously refines solutions to address execution barriers and deliver sustainable network-wide results.
