Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead - Legal & Professional

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full life cycle recruitment for legal and professional roles. You will partner with internal stakeholders to define strategic hiring objectives, build pipelines, source candidates, and manage the recruitment process end-to-end. The role requires strong communication, urgency, and expertise in recruitment strategies, with preference for legal industry familiarity; a bachelor’s in HR/Business is required, and a master’s or JD is a
