Fund Formation Paralegal Venture Fund Compliance

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Fund Formation Paralegal with a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of fund formation experience. The role requires billing at least 1,600 hours annually and being available for overtime as needed. You’ll support emerging company and venture fund work, including document prep and regulatory research. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office and iManage skills and the ability to work with multiple supervisors in a fast-paced environment.
