The Opportunity:
A highly respected private anesthesia group in northern New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist to join their premier ambulatory surgical center. This is primarily an outpatient surgery center position offering exceptional work-life balance - with the unique option to supplement your income through voluntary hospital call if you choose. There is no mandatory call. Ever. No nights. No weekends. No mandatory call. Just high-quality anesthesia care in a physician-friendly environment that values your time as much as your expertise.
What You'll Do:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload including orthopedic, gastrointestinal, ophthalmic, and general surgical procedures
- Collaborate with experienced surgeons and a high-performing clinical team committed to efficiency and patient safety
- Deliver comprehensive perioperative care with a focus on clinical excellence and outstanding patient outcomes
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold the highest professional standards
Compensation & Benefits:
ASC Only (No Call):$450,000 annuallyASC + Voluntary Hospital Call:
Up to $550,000 annually - call is strictly optional, never mandatory. For those who choose to take voluntary hospital call, this is also a valuable opportunity to maintain and sharpen your full range of anesthesia skills - keeping you clinically well-rounded while significantly boosting your annual compensation.
