Senior M&A Associate — Growth & Deals Leader

Embark is seeking a high-performing M&A Senior Associate to join our Corporate Development team in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. You will contribute across deal stages from identification to integration, leading financial modeling, diligence coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, IT, and operations. You will work with senior leaders, participate in negotiations, and help drive Embark's growth through acquisitions and strategic investments.
