Reed Smith LLP is seeking a junior-to-mid-level Technology Transactions Associate for its Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA offices. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and analyzing complex technology‑based commercial agreements and advising on IP matters in corporate transactions. The candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in corporate and commercial technology/IP matters and be an active bar member in the relevant state.
