seeking a 3 to 5 year Commercial Litigation Attorney
to join its
Chicago, IL
office Remotely.
This role offers direct access to technically complex civil disputes, including automotive warranty and consumer protection defense, with meaningful responsibility from day one. You will work closely with seasoned trial lawyers on active cases, develop stand up skills in court, and build a credible platform for long term advancement within a recognized Illinois defense practice.

The Role:
Manage a defense side commercial litigation docket, including automotive warranty and consumer protection matters
Handle day to day case management, including strategy discussions and client communication
Draft critical motions, pleadings and written discovery in complex civil disputes
Take and defend depositions and appear in court for hearings and related proceedings
Support trial and appellate work while maintaining client relationships and contributing to business development
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The firm is seeking a 3 to 5 year Commercial Litigation Attorney
with
3 to 5 years of licensed litigation experience with active case responsibility
Experience managing matters involving motions practice, written discovery and depositions
Bar admission in Illinois or California, with Illinois and California dual admission preferred
Strong academic credentials and polished written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work in the Chicago office on a full time in office schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
$110,000 to $160,000 base salary, depending on experience
