Operations Performance Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities: Own employee reviews. Build and manage schedules. Review reports and identify performance gaps. Hold Team Leaders accountable for results. Drive corrective action when targets are missed. Ensure work is progressing on time. Improve structure, consistency and accountability. Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.

Ideal Candidate: Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience. Comfortable managing through data and KPIs. Organized, decisive and accountable. Able to quickly learn a complex operation. Willing to address performance issues directly. Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9'5 schedule.
