Florida Licensed Assistant General Counsel

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including master services and software licenses Provide legal support for procurement activities and supplier relationships across healthcare operations Advise on legal risks associated with healthcare services, technology solutions, and third-party engagementsRequired Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with 5-10 years of relevant legal experience Admission to at least one state bar; ability to be certified in Florida as Authorized House Counsel if admitted elsewhere Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements Knowledge of contract law, commercial transactions, and risk allocation principles Working knowledge of intellectual property concepts related to commercial transactions
