Key responsibilities: Lead compliance analysis and policy development under relevant regulations and state servicing laws Draft and maintain loss mitigation policies and collections strategies aligned with regulatory obligations Monitor regulatory developments and advise on the implementation of new rules affecting servicing operationsRequired qualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney in consumer loan servicing or collections Deep knowledge of consumer debt collections laws and related state regulations Experience advising on loss mitigation structuring in consumer finance contexts Membership in applicable state bar in good standing Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
