Lead strategic presales discussions and technical presentations for prospective clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from presales design to project delivery
Required qualifications:
15+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and deployment
10+ years of pre-sales experience or direct support of business development
5+ years of consulting experience, acting as a Trusted Advisor to clients
Deep technical knowledge in various ServiceNow modules and capabilities
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) and ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
