This opportunity is open to attorneys with 2+ years of litigation experience who want sophisticated commercial matters, meaningful client exposure, and the support of a national platform. About The Role: The attorney will handle a broad range of commercial and complex civil litigation matters. Experience involving consumer matters and construction defect litigation is helpful, but not required.

Key Responsibilities: Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other substantive legal documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Take and defend depositions Participate in hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategyCommunicate directly with clients regarding case developments and strategy Manage assignments independently while collaborating with partners and other attorneys
