Global Tax Accounting Senior Manager Hybrid Leader

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Tax Accounting to lead the global tax accounting function. You will oversee projections, quarterly and year-end tax provision, and effective tax rate analyses under US GAAP (ASC 740), while mentoring the team and driving process improvements. The role collaborates with Finance leadership, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and external advisors, shaping strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance across the global tax function.
