Equity & Belonging Programs Lead

King County Housing Authority seeks a Program Manager for Inclusive Outcomes (EDIB) to advance equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization. This role partners with leaders, teams, and stakeholders to translate inclusion goals into practical programs and everyday practices. You will track progress with data, facilitate group discussions, develop trainings, and evaluate impact to strengthen workforce practices and service outcomes for residents and staff.
