Shifts: 12 shifts per month

Certifications: ATLSBLSPALSClinical SkillsBroad emergency medicine skill set appropriate for a critical access facility Ability to independently manage a wide range of emergency presentations and procedures Education/Training: Successful completion of ACGME or AOA accredited post-grad training program in Provider must have completed a residency in the specialty they will be practicing (e.g., EM, FM, IM). Post grad training and/or certification in anything other than EM must be accompanied by certifications in ACLS, ATLS and PALSClinical Experience: Applicants for initial appointment must be able to demonstrate active practice in and ED in the past 12 months or demonstrate successful completion of a hospital-affiliated accredited residency, special clinical fellowship or research

License: Active unrestricted WA license and DEA with WA address along with schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4 & 5Board Certification: Board Certified in EM, IM or FM through ABMS or AOAMerit Badge: ABEM certified is not required to have life certs: IM and FM need ACLS ATLS & PALSImmunizations: Tdap, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, current season flu vaccine, COVID vaccine documentation Case Log: Applicants for initial appointment may be requested to provide documentation of the number and types of hospital cases during the past 24 months. Applicants have the burden of producing information deemed adequate by the Hospital for a proper evaluation of current competence, and other qualifications and for resolving any doubts.
