Your Role & ImpactThe Manager II, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned TrueCare Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) site or department including direct and indirect supervision of 35 or more employees. This role focuses on tactical execution and frontline management, including staff supervision, clinical flow, and operational compliance. The Manager II, Operations ensures health center policies and procedures are followed consistently, patient access and flow are optimized, and a high standard of patient-centered customer service is delivered. This position partners closely with site clinical leadership to support operational performance, program requirements, and quality improvement initiatives.
