About the Position: Fusion Hydration is seeking a friendly, professional, reliable, and organized receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, multitasking, and delivering exceptional customer service in a med spa and wellness environment.

Responsibilities: Greet clients and provide a welcoming experience Answer calls, texts, and client inquiries Schedule appointments and manage the front desk Process payments and assist with memberships Educate clients on services and promotions Maintain a clean and organized reception area Support daily clinic operations Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable using computers and scheduling software Previous med spa, wellness, or medical office experience preferred Must be able to work at both clinic locations and provide additional coverage as needed We look forward to meeting you!
