Senior Corporate Accountant

Summary: Reporting to the AVP, Corporate Accounting, you will interface various parties including external auditors, portfolio management, treasury, acquisitions, strategic planning, and tax teams. This position requires relevant accounting experience, with a focus on reporting (GAAP and performance reporting), but will also provide for the ability to work on special projects as needed. Duties: Include:* Assist in aspects of monthly and annual financial period close* Prepare audit schedules and coordination with independent auditors* Prepare journal entries (including analysis and documentation)* Analyze and reconcile accounting records vs. budget and forecasts* Perform ad-hoc reporting for partners/internal departments* Tracking of management company revenues and related collections* Approve and code invoices* Assist with special projects and efficiency initiatives
