Snow Plow Truck Driver

We are looking for experienced plow drivers to work for us as EITHER:a. Seasonal Hourly Employees: Starting at $25-$30/hour + 401k with match, using our equipment. Dedicated employees would keep a truck throughout the winter, for business use.b. Subcontractors (using your own equipment, dedicated to a neighborhood – much higher pay rate).Large organization servicing Central New York – 3,500+ customers, 60+ drivers – our 47th year in business! Great pay, bonuses for referring new customers, and bonuses for referring other drivers. Opportunity for work on a year-over-year basis, and a relationship with an organization that can connect you with other work (landscaping/lawn-mowing, handywork, etc.) – our customers call us about various jobs throughout the year, and we refer them to you! Our office handles all customer calls and complaints, all contracts and paperwork for you. We simply call you when it’s time to plow, and you go! Experience preferred, DBA or some form of business certificate required for subcontractors (DBAs are inexpensive and easy to acquire, if needed).
