Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Preferred Markets: Richmond/McLean, VA; New York City; or Chicago My client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Copywriter to join its Brand Creative team for a 12-month contract. This role will focus heavily on talent and employer marketing, developing compelling brand-focused copy that helps communicate the employee experience and attract top talent. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual writer who can take a brief, develop an idea, and carry that concept across multiple channels while maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice.
What You'll Do:
- Develop engaging copy for employer brand and talent marketing campaigns
- Write and concept across a variety of digital and traditional channels
- Translate creative briefs into clear, compelling, on-brand messaging
- Partner closely with art directors, designers, creative directors, marketers, and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Present and explain creative concepts and copy recommendations
- Adapt messaging for different audiences, platforms, and campaign needs
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining the strength of the creative concept
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
- What They're Looking ForStrong professional copywriting experience within an agency, in-house creative team, or major consumer brand
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual brand work and campaign storytelling
- Experience developing messaging across multiple channels
- Strong ability to write within an established brand voice
- Experience partnering with art directors and designers
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to take a project from initial brief through final execution
- Employer brand, talent marketing, or recruitment marketing experience is a strong plus
