Work Environment: This is an onsite position located in our outpatient office in Metuchen, NJ. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients, including detailed history assessments and specific physical tests to determine individual treatment plans based on assessment findings. Implement and adapt treatment protocols informed by continuous evaluation of patient performance and responses to treatment, ensuring high standards of care. Maintain precise documentation of patient interactions, including evaluation notes, daily encounter summaries, and discharge plans that clearly communicate patient progress and future recommendations. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in case discussions with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans and outcomes. Complete all required compliance training and documentation, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations impacting therapy practices. Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to discuss patient cases, share insights, and collaboratively develop advanced treatment strategies. Patient Population / Client FocusOur primary patient population consists of individuals dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, joint pain, fractures, and chronic conditions. You will provide therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique circumstances, utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and educational resources to enhance recovery and prevent recurrences.

Qualifications: A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, ensuring readiness to respond to emergencies.

Preferred Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within an orthopedic outpatient context. Demonstrated proficiency in treatment planning and execution based on varied case presentations within orthopedics.

Compensation and Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
