The Role:
- Monday Friday schedule, typically 8:00 AM 5:00 PMOption to work a longer 8:00 AM 7:00 PM day in exchange for a shorter day
- Choose a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek
- Average 16 24 patients per day
- Collaborative, team-based care model
- Opportunity to focus 100% on patient care, or:80 90% clinical care10 20% Associate Medical Director responsibilities
- Leadership responsibilities are optional you can choose to remain fully clinical
