APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Supporting the accounting for mergers and acquisitions, the full-time remote CPA Licensed M&A Accounting Manager will manage deal accounting processes, assist with acquisition integration reviews, and perform technical accounting analysis.
Key responsibilities:
Support the process of accounting for and reporting of acquisitions and divestitures
Assist with drafting accounting work plans and coordinate their execution with Carrier businesses
Perform technical accounting analysis and support annual goodwill and intangibles impairment testing
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
3+ years handling M&A activities (acquisitions and divestitures)
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economic field with active CPA license preferred
5+ years of hands-on experience executing complex M&A transactions
Proficiency with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and enterprise ERP systems
