As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of a nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong support for nursing staff. RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit
• Supervising, supporting, and mentoring LPNs and CNAs on the unit
• Ensuring residents receive high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Completing and reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participating in care plan meetings and collaborating with other departments to support resident needs
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Addressing staff concerns and helping maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
