This position is ideal for individuals with experience in call centers, collections, customer service, or telephone saleswho are ready to use their communication and sales skills to build a career in insurance.
What You'll Do:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Follow up with leads and insurance quotes.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home/Renters, Life, Health, and other insurance products
  • Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
  • Cross-sell additional products to existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
  • Meet individual and agency sales goals.
What We're Looking For: Previous call center, collections, customer service, or sales experiencepreferred. Strong telephone and communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls. Goal-oriented, competitive, and dependable. Strong follow-up and closing skills. Ability to obtain required insurance licenses.
